TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE AND ENTRY
The Customer must check the date and time on the ticket at the point of purchase or receipt. No money will be refunded and no mistake need be rectified after the sale of such ticket. The currency for all transactions is in British Pounds Sterling.
The Management reserves the right to:
(a) Refuse admission and to require, in its absolute discretion, any member of the audience to leave the Theatre premises.
(b) Refuse admission to ticket-holders bringing bottles, cans, alcohol or hot or odorous food into the building.
(c) Refuse admission to latecomers until a suitable break in the performance.
(d) Cancel or abandon the performance for any reason beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any compensation or damages whatsoever. However, a percentage of maximum refund of the face value of the ticket may be made at the Management's discretion.
The Customer is:
(a) Entitled to occupy only that seat number as indicated on the ticket, providing that the Customer has occupied the seat by the time the curtain rises.
(b) Obliged to comply with the rules of Management as laid down by the London Borough of Redbridge Council's requirements for licensed theatres, and such other rules as may from time to time be imposed by the Theatre Management.
(c) Required to behave with due regard for the comfort and convenience of the other customers present and not to impede or obstruct the performance.
(d) Required to obtain a ticket for each child attending a performance. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Supervision of children shall be by not less than one adult per ten children. Children under three must have a lap ticket, which can only be purchased on the day of the performance (children under 12 months shall be admitted free of charge).
Photography, tape or video recording, including the use of mobile phones and similar equipment to make or transmit visual or sound images of any performance, are in contravention of the Copyright Act and are most strictly prohibited. In addition, where children are taking part in any performance, photography or video recording of any child under the age of 16, without formal parental consent, is in contravention of Child Protection Legislation.
The Kenneth More Theatre operates in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
