By Road

Directions from J27 M25: Exit M25 & follow signs for M11 (London), bear left onto A406 (North Circular Road) for 8.25 miles, bear left onto exit slip signed Ilford, at roundabout take 2nd exit, at traffic lights turn right into Romford Road, turn right into Chapel Road, at roundabout take 1st exit into Winston Way, take 1st left into Handforth Road (by Virgin Active Heath Club) & Clements Road runs along the end of this.

Directions from J28 M25: Exit M25, at roundabout follow signs for A12 (London), at Gallows Corner roundabout take 3rd exit signed A12 for approx 6 miles, at Ley Street traffic lights turn left onto Ley Street, at roundabout take 1st exit, at roundabout take 2nd exit into Winston Way, at roundabout take 3rd exit into Winston Way, take 1st left into Handforth Road (by Virgin Active Heath Club) & Clements Road runs along the end of this.

Directions from J30 M25: Exit M25 at roundabout follow signs for A13 (London), follow A13 for approx 9 miles, bear left onto exit slip signed A406, at roundabout take 3rd exit slip signed Ilford, at roundabout take 1st exit, at traffic lights turn right into Romford Road, turn right into Chapel Road, at roundabout take 1st exit into Winston Way, take 1st left into Handforth Road (by Virgin Active Health Club) & Clements Road runs along the end of this.

Please note that part of Clements Road is restricted to buses/taxis only and should only be accessed from Winston Way.

Car Parking

Parking is available in the Town Hall car park (immediately opposite the theatre ) on certain performance evenings. Please note, this is a 'Pay & Display' car park and no longer free to KMT patrons. Alternatively, the Britannia Multi-Storey car park, next to the Virgin Active Health Club, has ample space and is priced reasonably.

 

By Train

Nearest Tube Stations: Redbridge and Gants Hill (Central Line), Barking (District Line).

Nearest Overground Station: Ilford (5 minutes walk from the Theatre).

 

By Bus

Buses: W19, 25, 86, N86, 123, 128, 145, 147, 150, 167, 169, 179, 366, 462, 667, 679.

Booking in Person

The Box Office is open from 11am  - 5pm Tuesday to Saturday. On performance days, the Box Office closes 15 minutes after the start of the show.

Booking by Telephone

Ring 020 8553 4466 to reserve tickets. Alternatively, pay instantly and confirm your booking using a credit or debit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro (Switch), Delta, Visa Electron and Solo. We cannot accept American Express cards. PLEASE NOTE: There is a booking fee of £1.00 with all card and cheque payments. We can also post tickets to you, for the small charge of 50p.

Reservations

Generally we will reserve tickets without payment for five working days, or up to 30 minutes before curtain up, whichever is the sooner. If unpaid, they will be released for resale.

Exchanging Tickets

Please note that once tickets have been printed we are unable to exchange or refund.

Gift Tokens

The Kenneth More Theatre sells Theatre Tokens which can be purchased via the Box office. These tokens can also be used at the Theatre.

Latecomers

In consideration of our patrons, latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable point in the performance, which will be designated at the discretion of the Front of House staff.

Data Protection

When you book we will ask you for your name, address, telephone number and email address. In return, we will be able to inform you of any major changes to your performance and the details of future events. Your details will only be used by the theatre, and will not be passed on to any third party.
