Like most theatres, our phone-lines are very busy. The Box Office is generally open from

Tuesdays to Saturdays, and open from 11am.  

(The first hour or so each morning is often extremely busy – with a frustratingly long time

before we can answer all the calls.  Where possible, call from lunchtime onwards, when things get much calmer.)

The box office closes at 5.30pm on nights when there is no performance, otherwise is open until the start of each show.

On Sundays when there is a performance, the box office is open for one hour before each show.

We can accept telephone payments using MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro.  If you wish to pay by cash or cheque we can hold your 'phone reservation for five days or until 30 minutes before the show (whichever is sooner). Time permitting, all tickets paid by card over the 'phone  will be posted to the card holder with a postage charge on a sliding scale – appropriate to the number and bulk of the tickets.

Please note:  There is a booking fee of £1 per transaction for payments by cheque or card.

(There is no booking fee for cash transactions over the counter)
