We want your visit to the Theatre to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The Theatre auditorium is built on steps. There are however, 29 seats with no steps to climb and four wheelchair spaces (please note that these are not available when booking online). Please mention any special requirements when booking; telephone the Box Office on 020 8553 4466 or simply email boxoffice@kmtheatre.co.uk .
How to Book Tickets
The Box Office is open from 11am - 5pm Tuesday to Saturday. On performance days, the Box Office will be open until 15 minutes after the start of the show.
You can book in person, or by calling 020 8553 4466. We generally reserve tickets without payment for five working days, or until thirty minutes before the performance, whichever is the sooner.
Alternatively, pay instantly and confirm your booking by using a credit or debit card: we accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro (Switch), Delta and Visa Electron. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express Cards. PLEASE NOTE: There is a booking fee of £1.00 with all card and cheque payments. We can also post tickets to you, for an extra 50p. In addition, the Kenneth More Theatre sells and accepts Theatre Tokens.
Once tickets have been purchased, we are unable to exchange or refund.
Hearing Aid and Loop
Headsets amplifying the sound from the stage are available to borrow from the Box Office. For patrons with hearing aids that incorporate the 'T' setting, necklace hearing loops are also available from the Box Office.
Wheelchair Users
The theatre is accessible to patrons in wheelchairs. There are accessible toilets and the auditorium has 4 wheelchair spaces. Please book these spaces when ordering your tickets.
Special Effects
Some shows may contain strobe lighting or smoke effects. Please ask at the Box Office for more information.
Children
For certain shows, babies and children 3 years and under are welcome for a small fee, and may share a seat with you.
Safety and Security
The Kenneth More Theatre premises are monitored by CCTV. The Kenneth More Theatre reserves the right to remove anyone creating a disturbance, whatever the cause.

The Kenneth More Theatre was officially opened on January 3rd 1975. Since the front doors opened, the KMT has prided itself on serving the local community by offering a variety of professional and amateur productions. Its programme is diverse, and throughout the majority of the year, each week sees a different production being staged.
It is particularly renowned within the local area for its annual pantomime, a festive treat for families which generally runs from mid-December to mid-January.
